If everything is working as it should, this condition will be noted; the in-use files will be flagged for later deletion; and you (the user) will see a notification informing you that you need to reboot the PC to complete the uninstall. (Rebooting clears the PC memory and frees up in-use files, allowing them to be successfully deleted.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(BTW: Most true uninstallers aren\u2019t stand-alone apps, so this circumstance normally wouldn\u2018t arise.
