(Answer requested by Dinju Sebastian)
No. Amps are amps; volts are volts; watts are watts. Doesn’t matter where they come from.
Your phone treats your PC-provided power as just another recharge source. There are no unusual effects on the phone’s battery from PC-delivered power, as compared to power delivered by a wall-adaptor (or any other source) with the same electrical ratings.
On the other end of the recharge cable, your PC treats your phone as just another electrical load, with the same effects as any other load drawing the same voltage, amperage, etc.
If your PC is plugged in, the smartphone’s additional power-draw is mostly irrelevant to the PC. If the PC is running on batteries, its battery charge will decrease by an amount roughly equivalent to the amount of charge delivered to the phone, plus some inevitable losses along the way (heat, mostly).
In short: Amps are amps; volts are volts; watts are watts. Doesn’t matter where they come from.
