Um, online?
A basic search will show you that there are numerous commercially available HDDs in the 10TB-15TB range, with 20TB drives out fairly soon.
Here are some preconfigured Google searches — just click the size you’re looking for:
However, these high-capacity drives are really meant for heavy-duty applications such as service in a data center drive rack; the drives are correspondingly robust and expensive. For example, a 16TB Seagate Exos or Ironwolf HDD costs around $500.
Unless you have specific need for a data-rack drive, you’ll probably do better — and at far lower cost — by using several smaller, lower-cost drives together, instead of one giant drive.
For example, it’s easy to find 5TB external drives for well under $100. Three of those, connected to your PC by a USB hub, will give you a full 15TB of local storage, but at a cost 40% less than a single, massive, data-center-quality drive of similar capacity.
Your money, your call.
